By accessing and using the services provided by Felix Oyeleke ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide community support, tutoring, educational resources, and coaching on career development, real estate guidance, tax strategy, investment planning, and asset operations. Community support is mentoring and academic guidance and does not constitute clinical therapy or crisis services.

3. Community Support Disclaimer

Felix Oyeleke is not a licensed clinician, therapist, or social worker. Community support services are educational and mentoring-focused. For clinical, legal, or crisis needs, consult qualified professionals.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must disclose all relevant facts and circumstances that may affect your tutoring plan, career search, or investment decisions. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or ineffective outcomes.

5. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered. For session bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

6. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Academic progress depends on the student and family context, job offers depend on employer decisions, and investment returns are subject to market conditions. Past results do not guarantee future success.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable privacy laws. Client information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felix Oyeleke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, guides, templates, and resources provided through our services are the intellectual property of Felix Oyeleke and are protected by copyright laws. Clients may use materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if a client violates these terms, provides false information, or engages in abusive behavior. Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to our refund policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
